Located at 25ter Avenue de Champagne, is a bar/caviste run by the owners of chambre d'hôtes Parva Domus. Concentrating solely on World class, small organic and biodynamic domaines; it has a wonderful list that includes the likes of Augustin, Thomas Barbichon, Laurent Bernard, Antoine Bouvet, Louise Brison, Brocard-Pierre, Marie Courtin, Fleury, Franck Pascal, Vincent Charlot, De Sousa, Pascal Doquet, André Heucq, Larmandier-Bernier, Alexis Leconte, Christophe Mignon, Eric Taillet, Domaine Vincey plus many more.

Light bites including charcuterie and cheese are also available to maintain sustenance whilst tasting to your heart's content. With the caviste option, every champagne on their brilliant and extensive list is available; chilled at the perfect temperature. Handy in case you have picked a restaurant with a reasonable corkage fee as we had or when you just want to chill in your hotel room next door catching up with your favouritre French tv show 'Un dîner presque parfait' as we did. Of course, we have also whiled away a few evenings in the bar, sampling as much as we could!
